01 Getting Started with OnestPay

Follow these simple steps to create your OnestPay™ account and access your digital wallet.

Visit the Website

  • Go to the official website: www.onestpay.com

Click on ‘Sign Up’

  • You’ll find the Sign Up button at the top-right corner of the homepage.

Fill in Your Details

  • Enter your Email Address
  • Confirm the email by re-entering it
  • Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Tick the CAPTCHA (I’m not a robot)
  • Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button

1.1 Check Your Email

You’ll receive an email containing

  • 6-digit verification code, and
  • Verification link

1.2 Verify Your Email

  • Click on the verification link in the email
  • Enter the 6-digit code when prompted
  • Complete the verification process

1.3 Set Your Password

You’ll be directed to the password setup screen.

  • Create your password and re-type it
  • Password must be at least 8 characters, with 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
  • Click ‘Set Password’

1.4 Log In to Your Account

  • Enter your registered email and password
  • Click on ‘Log In’ to access your account
  • If needed, use the ‘Forgot Password?’ option to reset your password

Once logged in, you’ll land on your OnestPay™ Dashboard—your personal space to buy credits, gift, donate, trade, and more.

02 Personalize Your ‘Account’ Hub

This is your command center, per se.

Creating your OnestPayTM account was easy. Now let’s head to the Home Page to register.

Once logged in, on your Account Page, you can,

  • Customize your settings
  • Enter personal details – profile image and information
  • Monitor earnings and rewards
  • View activity history and reports

You have everything you need to manage — digital wallet, track reports, and credits — all in one place.

03 Buy ‘Merchant’ Credits

OnestPay™’s credit system is flexible and secure, giving you the power to pay digitally.

 ‘Merchant credits’ are prepaid digital credits you buy from merchants (usually at a discount) to spend on future purchases. They help you save instantly while planning ahead.

Navigate to the Buy Page to,

  • Buy Merchant Credits
  • Access Exclusive Deals From Trusted Brands

[Note – But first, you need to link your Bank account with OnestPay — to help you Add or Withdraw funds with ease.]

04 Link Your Bank Account with OnestPay

Before you shop, share, or save—start by linking your bank account to add or withdraw funds easily.

  1. Go to ‘My Account’
  • Log in to your OnestPay™ profile
  • Click on the ‘My Account’ section from the dashboard
  1. Click on ‘Link Bank Account’
  • Tap on ‘Link Bank Account’ and then ‘Add Bank Account’
  • Enter the following details:
    • Bank Name
    • Routing Number
    • Account Number
  • Click on ‘Add this Account’

That’s it! Your bank account is now securely linked to your OnestPay™ wallet.

05 Add Funds to Your Digital Wallet

Once your bank account is linked, you’re ready to load your wallet and start transactions.

  • Go to ‘My Account’
  • Click on ‘Add/Withdraw Funds’
  • Select ‘Add Funds’ from the available options.
  • Fill out the fund details
    • Select Account (linked bank account)
    • Frequency (one-time or recurring)
    • Send Date
    • Amount you want to add
    • Memo (optional note for your reference)
  • Click ‘Continue’
  • Review your info and confirm

Done. The amount will be added to your OnestPay™ digital wallet. You’re now ready to shop, gift, or trade.

06 Gift Credits – It’s Simple, Instant, Heart-happy
