Linking Your Card

How do I link my debit card?
You can link your debit card in two ways – during your initial sign-up you can select “Link my debit card” and add card details. Or, you can link after sign-up and then go to “Wallet” section and link your card from there. In both cases, you have to enter the requested card and billing details and complete any required verification.
Does linking my debit card move money from my bank account?
No. Linking your card does not transfer money or load a spending balance. Your fund stays safe in your bank and enjoys deposit protection. Funds are moved only when you authorize funding when you make a purchase.
Which debit cards can I link?
You can link any debit card issued in US by any bank or credit unions.
Can I link a credit card or prepaid card?
No, OnestPay’s payment experience is designed for eligible debit cards only. You cannot add credit cards or prepaid cards.
