How does OnestPay fund cashback?
OnestPay obtains merchant-specific payment value through gift-card providers at a discount. Part of that discount is shared with you as cashback on an eligible completed purchase.
How much cashback will I earn?
Cashback varies by store and offer. Review the rate and qualifying amount shown before confirming your purchase.
When will my cashback appear?
Cashback is credited to your OnestPay wallet after the eligible purchase is completed and confirmed. Check your transaction status for updates.
Can cashback rates change?
Yes. Rates, promotions, store availability and purchase requirements may change. Review the current offer each time you pay.
How can I use my cashback?
Your cashback balance is shown in your OnestPay wallet. Use the options available there to apply or withdraw eligible cashback, subject to the terms and limits displayed. After withdrawal, you can choose to put the money toward spending, savings, investments or extra loan payments. OnestPay does not automatically arrange those payments or investments.
How can I withdraw my cashback?
Sign in and open your OnestPay wallet. If withdrawal is available for your balance, select the withdrawal option, choose an eligible destination shown in the app, enter the amount and review the details before confirming. Any minimum amount, fee, verification requirement and expected processing time will be displayed before you proceed. Your check will be mailed within 3 -5 business days.
