What is OnestPay?
OnestPay helps you earn cashback on eligible purchases using your existing debit card. Choose a store, review its offer and pay through OnestPay using a merchant-specific payment code.
Is OnestPay a bank or a new debit card?
No. OnestPay works with your existing eligible debit card. You keep your bank account and do not need a new card.
Do I need to change banks?
No. You can continue using your existing bank account and eligible debit card.
Is OnestPay available for debit cards issued by credit unions?
Yes. OnestPay supports eligible U.S.-issued debit cards from credit unions as well as banks. Complete the card-linking and verification steps before using your card to make purchases.
Do I need a debit card from a particular bank or credit union?
You do not need to open an account with a particular partner bank or credit union. You can keep your existing U.S. bank or credit union account and link an eligible debit card. Your card must pass the required verification checks.
Who is eligible to create an OnestPay account?
OnestPay accounts are available to U.S. residents age 18 or older who complete registration, accept the applicable terms and satisfy any required verification. To make purchases, you must link an eligible debit card that you are authorized to use.
